Human Rights Policy
We prioritize our commitment to human rights and the well-being of our employees and customers. We adhere to the core principle of People First in our business practices, ensuring trust, integrity, performance, and pride. Our policies reflect our dedication to human rights, diversity, and inclusion, as well as our concern for safety in the workplace, child and forced labor, human trafficking, slavery, community engagement, employee wellness, and assistance.

Our Child and Forced Labor Policy reinforces our stand against human trafficking and slavery. We strictly prohibit and do not tolerate the use of child labor, forced labor, or any form of compulsory labor within our companies or divisions. We comply with local laws and employ individuals below 18 years old only under educational training programs. We take any reports of retaliation seriously and conduct thorough investigations. Any form of retaliation may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Similarly, our Human Trafficking and Slavery Policy aligns with our core values and aims to protect human dignity and rights in our global business practices. We ensure a work environment that is free from human trafficking and slavery, including forced labor and unlawful child labor. Our policy also prohibits misleading recruitment practices, charging recruitment fees, and failing to comply with local labor laws. We will take appropriate disciplinary action, including discharge, for any violations of these rules. We will also cooperate fully with the U.S. Government or other appropriate authorities in investigations relating to such violations. All employees are required to cooperate in any internal or external investigation of suspected wrongdoing under this policy.
